Daily congragational prayers are being offered in the Mosque, including Isha & Taravih prayers at 9:30 PM.
Itikaf is a spiritual retreat ... usually during last 10 days of Ramadan, and is a Sunnah of the Holy Prophet. During itikaf, Mu'takif devote time to the worship and remembrance of 'Allah.
This year's Itikaaf begins in the eveining of Monday 29 July and ends with Maghrib on Thursday August 8th. Limited number of spaces have been reserved in the Mosque and will be allocated on first-come first-serve basis.
Guidelines:
* Register: Please contact Mr. Waqas Asghar ASAP (609-781-0130, gujrat786@PROTECTED).
* Accommodation: Bring pillow, bedding, towel, clothes and toiletries.
* Essentials: Don't forget medicines, reading glasses, lamp, fan, Holy Quran and books as needed.
* Meals: Arrangements are being made for Sehr and Iftar; those that require special items should either arrange for them or let us know in advance.
