Humanity First USA is holding Ramadan Fund Drive during last Ashra (10 days) of Ramadan, concentrating this Friday August 2. With Huzur's permission HF is also authorized to collect funds like Zakat and Sadqa for its programs geared towards helping the underserved communities. Through it's many programs like feed the hungry, water for life, vocational schools, Humanity First is working towards a hunger free communityies, provide water to villages where people have to walk miles in search of water for daily use, and teach people skills so they can be self sufficient and can live a life of dignity. Humanity First is requesting your support in making such efforts possible. Ramadan is the month where we concentrate on going out of our way to help people in need. Please donate generously .....

I will be in Al-Nasr Mosque this Friday and can collect these donations. Checks are preferred, but we will have envelopes for those paying cash.
