Dear Parents of Atfal,

Event: 75th National Ijtema

Transportation from Al-Nasr Mosque to the Ijtema site is being arranged on Friday Sept 13. First batch will leave at 5:30 AM. PLEASE contact me at 479-283-9559 to reserve space in the car. There will be arrangements for Atfal and Khauddam to stay in the mosque overnight (Thursday).

Registration: Please register online at ijtema.us. You will need 5-digit member ID.

Participate: Considering the proximity of the event, the organizers are expecting 100% participation from the Willingboro Jamaat. This year is special, as a Guinness World Record will be attempted with the largest food drive EVER! Everyone’s help will be needed.

Excused Absence: We are requesting the kids get off school on Friday, Sept., 13th so that they can come to the Ijtema. Please speak with your children’s’ school for an excused absence tomorrow for Friday the 13th if you have not done so already.

Syllabus: The Ijtema sports and education syllabus is attached.

Essay Competition: So far the participation in Essay competition is very low, which means there is higher chance for your child to win (simple math). The deadline is Tuesday, September 10th, 2013.
 Maximum 700 word essays should be submitted to atfaltaleem@PROTECTED.
