I regret to inform you of the demise of Zafar Ahmad Malik sahib last night in New York. Innalillahe wa inna ilehay rajioon.

Zafar sahib was the older brother of Arshad Malik and Zohra Malik (w/o Etizaz Malik sahib), and uncle of Bilal Malik of Willingboro Jamaat. He was 70 years old, and passed away from sudden cardiac arrest. Please remeber the deceased in your prayers that Allah ta'laa grant him high status in paradise; and give strength to the family to bear this loss with patience and fortitude. Ameen.

His funeral (janaza) prayer is being planned for Monday (9/12/2016) after Zohr prayer at about 12 noon.
