I regret to inform you of the demise of Mahmood Shaukat Minhas sahib earlier today in Toronto, Canada. Innalillahe wa inna ilehay rajioon.

Mahmood sahib was the father of Abdul Rehman Minhas sahib, and grand father of Zaid Minhas sahib of Willingboro Jamaat. He was 88 years old. Please remeber the deceased in your prayers that Allah ta'la grant him high status in paradise, and give strength to the family to bear this loss with patience and fortitude. Ameen.

Mahmood sahib is survived by his wife, 4 sons, 2 daughters and several grand and great-grand children. Arrangements for his burial in Toronto are being made.
