I regret to inform you of the passing of Kaniz Fatima Sahiba last Friday, Inna lillahe wa inna ilehay rajioon.

Kaniz Fatima sahiba was the mother of Willingboro member Khalid Maqsood Bajwa Sahib.  Insha'Allah her funeral prayer in absentia (janaza ghaib) will be offered in Al-Nasr Mosque next Friday after Juma prayer. See below email for other details.

Please remeber the deceased in your prayers. May Almighty Allah elevate her rank in paradise and grant strength to survivors to bear the loss with fortitude. May He grant them patience and steadfastness, and be their Protector and Helper. Ameen.

It is reported with great sorrow and pain that Mohtarema Kaniz Fatima Sahiba who was the mother of Dr. Khalid Maqsood Bajwa Sahib expired on Friday morning at the age of 87 after a brief ailment. She was living in Woodbridge, Ontario, Canada an outskirts of Toronto near Baitui-Islam with her daughter. She was a very noble, God fearing and a true Ahmadi Muslim. She raised her children in the true sirit of Ahmadiyyat. She was punctual in slat and follower of all pillars of Islam. She belonged to the well known Buttar family of Kirto-Shaikhupura - Pakistan. She was first cousin Mukarram Abdid Ali Buttar Sahib, attorney at law.

She migrated to Canada about 10 years ago with her late husband Mukarram Ch. Maqsood Ahamad Bajwa Sahin (Retired SP from the Pakistan Police Force with a sportless career). Mohtaram Masood Bajwa Sahib passed away about 5 years ago.

She is survived by two sons; Dr. Khalid Bajwa and his elder brother Mohtaram Tariq Maqsood Bajwa sahib who lives in Houston,TX and is employed as Director (Electrical Engineer) - and works in Saudi Arabia and a daughter Mohtarema Rubina Raghib Sahib who is the Wife of Mukarram Raghibud Din Sahib ex-Director Civial Aviation, Lahore - Pkakistan and now resides in Woodbridge, ON - Canada.

Prayers is requested for her highiest elevation in the Paradize (Jannatul-Firdaus) and May Allah ta'ala shower His Blessings and Mercy on her. May he enable the ones left behinde bear this loss in the Sunna of the Holy Prophet SAW. Amen. A janaza prayer in absebtia is requested next Friday. Jazakallah.
