Public Affairs Department reports that 27-year-old Ahmadi Muslim, Luqman Ahmad Sahib, was killed in Gujranwala shortly after Fajr prayers this morning while traveling from his home to his farm.  A press release with more details is attached.  Luqman Sahib was the only Ahmadi in his family and was unmarried.  Innalillahay wa ina alaihay rajyoon.

A few days ago, an anti-Ahmadi "Khatme Nabuwat" conference was held in the same area, and participants of the conference urged the audience to take strong actions against Ahmadi Muslims.  Luqman Sahib appears to be the victim of this anti-Ahmadi hate campaign.  

May Allah elevate Luqman Sahib's rank in Janatul Firdous and give solace to the grieving family.  Ameen.
