This coming Sunday (8/10/2014), after the auxiliary programs and Zohr prayer, Waleed Naseem sahib has invited all members for Aqiqa lunch of his son Shihabuddin Zahran Naseem.

About the Gaza Relief Fund, Naseem sahib writes:

Jazakallh! We raised over a thousand dollars on Eid for the Gaza Relief Fund for which our beloved Huzoor has personally asked our attention and care. The women's participation was low, however their generosity was greater and in the end they gave more than the men. I know people are donating online as well. I would like to again bring your attention to the issue:

The continuing unrest has left thousands of children killed, injured and traumatized. The population of Gaza lives in a coastal strip 25 miles long and 4 miles wide. The community is densely populated and under siege by fierce bombardment. Medication is running low, sanitation and water is badly affected and many women and children are under severe threat of disease and trauma injuries. Schools and hospitals have been badly damaged as has much of the basic infrastructure of the Gaza strip.
Just as we did in 2009, Humanity First plans to work with UNRWA and global charities on the ground to provide emergency aid and to provide educational services.
