Giving Time to Families

Dear Ansar Brothers,
As-Salamu ‘Alaikum Wa Rahmatullah

As repeatedly mentioned in our auxiliary meetings, I would like to humbly remind Ansar brothers of Hazrat Khalifatul-Masih V's (may Allah be his helper) overarching instruction for Ansar of USA: “Save yourself and your families from a fire." [66:7] Kindly make sure to give adequate time to your children and be around to help your wives at home.

Jama'at work is an act of worship; so is being a good father and a good husband. We are accountable for our families as our Master, the Holy Prophet Muhammad (may peace and blessings of Allah be on him), said: “Every one of you is a shepherd and is responsible for his flock. The leader of people is a guardian and is responsible for his subjects. A man is the guardian of his family and he is responsible for them…” Bukhari.

May Allah accept all your services in His cause and may He shower His grace over you and your families during. Ameen.
